Two Full Clinic Days with Dan James

Work directly with Dan in a focused, hands-on clinic setting designed to help you build clearer communication, better timing, and more confidence with your horse at Liberty.

Your Working Participant Spot

Your registration reserves your place as a participant in the clinic, giving you the opportunity to work your horse during sessions and receive guidance throughout the weekend.

Liberty Clinic Workbook

You’ll receive a Liberty Clinic Workbook to follow along during the clinic and take home as a practical resource for continued learning.

Morning Coffee Bar

Start each clinic day at the Pavilion with fresh-brewed coffee before the sessions begin. It’s a relaxed way to settle in, meet other participants, and ease into the day before the horses get involved.

Complimentary Water & Snacks

Water and light snacks will be available throughout the clinic so you can stay comfortable, hydrated, and somewhat functional. Important work, honestly.

Access to Farm Facilities

Participants have access to the Pavilion, arena, parking areas, seating areas, and restroom facilities during the clinic.

Clinic Welcome Guide

Before you arrive, you’ll receive a Welcome Guide with important details about check-in, parking, arrival times, farm rules, and what to expect.


Optional Clinic Add-Ons:

Need a little extra time on either side of the clinic? You can reserve RV hookup, early arrival, or late departure during registration. These options help us prepare stalls, parking, and hookups ahead of time so your arrival is smooth and organized.

RV Hookup Site
Reserve an RV hookup site with water and electric access during your clinic stay. RV spaces are limited and must be booked in advance.

Early Arrival
Select this option if you plan to arrive the day before the clinic. Early arrival begins at 3:00 PM and gives you time to settle your horse in before the first clinic morning.

Late Departure
Select this option if you plan to stay overnight after the clinic ends. Late departure allows your horse to remain on-site until 9:00 AM the following morning.


Daily Schedule Example

8:30 AMClinic Day 1 Check-In

Start the morning at the Pavilion for participant check-in. Please bring your horse’s required health paperwork, then grab a fresh cup of coffee from the coffee bar while everyone gets settled for the day.

9:00 AM*Clinic Welcome & Introduction

Dan will kick off the clinic by welcoming participants, outlining the plan for the day, and discussing the main goals everyone will be working toward throughout the clinic.

9:00 AM–12:00 PM *Morning Clinic Sessions

The morning sessions will begin after Dan’s welcome and introduction. Participants will work through the first part of the clinic with hands-on instruction, demonstrations, and individual coaching.

12:00 PM–1:00 PM *Lunch Break

The clinic will break for lunch around midday. Participants will have approximately one hour to eat, rest, and reset before the afternoon sessions begin.

1:00 PM–4:00/5:00 PM *Afternoon Clinic Sessions

After lunch, participants will return for the second part of the clinic. Dan will continue with another round of sessions, building on the work from the morning.

4:00/5:00 PM *Clinic Wrap-Up

The clinic day will come to a close in the late afternoon, usually between 4:00 and 5:00 PM, depending on the flow of the day and the horses.

Required Stalls 

For safety and organization, each participating horse needs a stall reserved for every clinic day. Please add your required clinic-day stalls below. Tying horses to trailers during the clinic is not allowed. Local participants are welcome to haul in and out each day, but each horse still needs a stall during clinic hours. Planning to arrive the day before? Add an Early Arrival Stall. Planning to stay overnight after the clinic? Add a Late Departure Stall, and RV late departure if needed. Anyone attending with you to assist, watch, or enjoy the clinic must also register as an auditor.

Due to limited clinic spots, all clinic payments are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, your paid amount may be transferred to another eligible DDH clinic or transferred to another person within one year of the original clinic date. Credits expire one year from the clinic date. Facility fees, stall fees, RV reservations, and other add-ons may be subject to separate availability and transfer rules.
